Quality Assurance Surveys
•
- We inspect between 10-20% of all completed jobs.
•
- All inspections are reported on QAS forms, with photos.
•
- All forms are compiled on to a company server to be available for observation by the Project Manager/ QAS Manager/ VP/ and CEO.
•
- Failed inspections that require 20 minutes or less of repair are fixed by the inspector.
•
- Anything requiring more than 20 minutes, or drilling, is scheduled internally with the customer for repair.
•
- Technicians receive the failed QAS forms the following day to correct behavior immediately.
•
- Inspections are compiled to a report detailing each technician’s performance each Monday.
•
- The report is submitted to all technicians weekly for an overall, positive and negative, feedback on performance and any assessed penalties.
